Art Show & Entertainment are FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Free Parking and free rickshaw rides to take you to your car or other parts of the event. Art Show Hours: Saturday, 27 April 2013 from 10:00 to 7:00 PM and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Stage Pavilion Park, Hammock Lane and 28th Bay Street, Norfolk. Wine & Beer Tasting (requires ticket purchase) may run later into the evening. Wine and Beer Tasting Tickets - Tickets for the tasting are $20 per person and can be purchased on-site.
